Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your 1shopstop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or your exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
